Return / Refund Policy

If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopemed you will receive a refund based on your method of payment. You must return the product within 14 days of receiving your product.

Please note, we do not offer returns or offer refunds for the following products:

  1. Digital downloads or Audio downloads.
  2. Photo image downloads

NOTE: Any product returned opened with no defects and found to be non playable due to the customers own equipment will not be refunded.

Any products received defective will be replaced upon immediate notice from customer.
